Refund policy

Don’t love your product? Don’t worry! We will accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from delivery date if the product is unused/unworn and in original packaging. Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

For items purchased at our in-person events, you can still request a return or an exchange at the email address below. Returns will need to be sent by mail (shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility) or to an in-person November Moon event as long as it is within 14 days of purchase. 
 
Email novembermoonshop@gmail.com with your order number or place & date of event. Someone will get back to you with the status of your return or exchange request within 1-2 business days.

Any “Sale” items are final sale. “Final Sale” will not be eligible for return or refund.

Please note that November Moon is a reseller boutique that sells items made by other vendors and brands. Thus, we cannot guarantee quality, but we strive to sell products that will hold up. Following care instructions is very important to preserve the quality of your product. We cannot replace damaged items once they are worn, used, and/or washed.
