ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (FLAT RATE SHIPPING):

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using UPS or USPS. Flat rate shipping is only offered domestically. International shipments will be calculated at checkout. Flat rate shipping fees are as follows:

Standard	$0-$149.99	$7.95 USD
Standard	$150 and over	$6.95 USD

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping via DHL Express Worldwide, UPS Worldwide Saver®, USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please allow 8 to 20 days for international shipping – This is not an exact estimate as this can vary depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. November Moon LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
